Allison Sikorsky, Certified Hypnosis Practitioner, RN, BA
My passion includes spirituality in healing, women’s health, alternative healthcare, patient care, and mental healthcare. My interest in Hypnosis began with my desire to have my children naturally. After the birth of my first boy, I heard about hypnosis for birthing. I learned I could actually RELAX through the labor process not have intense/cramping contractions and no drama. I thought, “Now that’s my kind of labor!” Through Hypnobirthing classes and CD’s, I learned how to relax my body and mind. It worked so well, that the nurses in the hospital had to tell me I was in labor, even while receiving Pitocin and delivering a 9+ pound baby! I began to use hypnosis for help with sleep, nausea with pregnancy, postpartum weight loss, and even to enhance studying. I had such amazing results, that I wanted to share the science of hypnosis with everyone.
